Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
• Items are eligible for exchange or return only if they are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
• Requests for returns/exchanges must be made immediately after receiving the product.
• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
• Custom-stitched or altered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing begins.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
